What do I need to Do?
You will need to:
• Fill in the form below to receive your certificate as having completed Mastermind for the period you have.
• You can only claim what you have paid per invoice (It is electronic and will be emailed right back)
• Certificate can be downloaded as an image or printed to pdf.
• Put together your paid receipts from the KLR Website or Xero. (See more info below)
• Submit your claim via the link on the email with the certificate.
